📖 Storyline

In the late years of the Eastern Han Dynasty, various warlords rose up. Cao Cao personally led a large army southward to conquer Liu Bei, who was stationed in Dangyang, Jingzhou. Zhuge Liang, using his strategic skills, managed to gain a slight advantage winning against the enemy camp led by Sima Yi, allowing Zhang Fei and Zhao Yun to rescue Lady Gan at Changban Slope. However, Zhao Yun still needed to proceed to the enemy's central camp to rescue Lady Mi and the young master Adou, who were separated from them. On the way, Zhao Yun encountered strong resistance from his fellow disciple Zhang Xiu, who had already joined Cao Cao, and tried his best to hinder Zhao Yun's rescue mission. Although Zhao Yun used ingenious strategies and successfully rescued Lady Mi and Adou with his followers, he found himself trapped within the Eight Gates Formation set up by Sima Yi, despite six attempts to break through the formation, he couldn't escape from this Sima Yi's well-prepared traps. Zhao Yun also had to contend with a mysterious wizard from the southern China of the Cao army, as well as Zhang Xiu, who had greatly increased in power after being possessed by dark forces, and Zhang Xiu turned out to be the key to breaking the formation.
